The 75 RV/camper pads are full hook ups that include electricity and running water. Seventeen furnished cabins, with beds, are found along the wood lines. They also feature bathroom with shower, kitchen area with sink, and heating and cooling. Other existing features include a full size basketball court, two full size tennis courts, an 8 acre lake, scenic trail walks, a laundry mat with attached bath house, and a swimming pool.
